On June 7th at Veteran’s Plaza, the Ocean Beach Town Council partnered with OBMA’s Crime Prevention Committee, the OBCDC, and the OB Community Foundation to sponsor a community wide Public Safety Appreciation Barbecue!
We showed some much deserved appreciation for our public safety officers – including the San Diego Police Department, Fire Department, OB Lifeguards, and other emergency respondents – by treating them to a full barbecue lunch with all the fixins’.
Obecians and community members attended the barbecue as well.
