t’s a Howl-o-Ween extravaganza! Join the OB Kiwanis Club for our 9th Annual Canine Carnival and costume contest. Enjoy a street fair tailored for our four legged friends, music, food, and a costume contest! Admission is free, and it’s only $7 for a single dog, $10 for groups of dogs, $10 for floats to enter into the costume contest and parade at a chance to win spooktacular prizes! It’s a howling time!
