Mission
OBCF engages and empowers OBecians to make OB a beautiful, eclectic, creative, and thriving community through:
- Listening to OB community voice
- Building connections between neighbors
- Promoting the betterment and beautification of OB and the well–being of OBecians

Committee Structure & Purpose
Advocacy Committee – is tasked with advocating to our elected officials, governmental bodies, and other stakeholders on key issues that affect both our local community and the greater San Diego area.
Engagement Committee – is responsible for fostering cooperation between Ocean Beach Community Foundation and other community organizations.
Events Committee – shall plan activities, traditions, and events to engage and benefit the community and to develop a sense of neighborhood and civic pride.
Finance Committee – is responsible to support the full board in fulfilling its fiduciary responsibilities.
Improvement Committee – shall plan activities that promote physical improvements and overall attractiveness of the community.
