Councilmember Lorie Zapf is encouraging OB residents to download the “Get It Done” App – San Diego’s newest service request reporting system. The Get It Done App empowers communities to easily and efficiently report potholes, broken street lights, tripping hazards, graffiti, illegal dumping, code enforcement issues and much more. It also allows residents to post photos, follow the progress of their reports and ‘favorite’ recently reported community issues. The app can be found at or on the App Store.
