The Dog Beach Committee Is a sub-committee of the non-profit Ocean Beach Town Council.

Dog Beach Committee and the OBTC work to raise funds that will improve Dog Beach for future generations. We are a participant in the California Coastal Commission's Adopt A Beach program and hold a seat on the San Diego River Coalition. The Dog Beach Committee works closely with the San Diego City Park and Recreation department, city council offices, Ocean Beach community groups, and business partners. The committee is an all-volunteer effort coordinated by dog beach lovers for dog beach lovers.
